Broker/Manager of the Year
Description
Broker/Manager of the Year recognizes a single Broker or Manager who has provided exceptional leadership and support to their Associates. The recipient exhibits vision, leadership, corporate performance and social responsibility that benefit the industry, and has a history of selfless contribution to the real estate industry.
Requirements
Eligibility:
- Must have been a Broker/Manager for the entirety of 2026
- Must be a current Broker/Manager Member of RAE at the time of nomination continuing to the time of award presentation
- Must be actively engaged in the RAE or other organized real estate events, committees/task forces, and/or education including but not limited to AREA, REIX, CREA, RECA, and RCF
- Must have gone above and beyond the regular expectations of a Broker/Manager
- Must demonstrate exemplary contributions and professionalism in the industry and community
- Must encourage involvement in the RAE among their brokerage
- Must demonstrate dedication, public relations knowledge, and leadership, as well as professionalism in the industry, RAE, and the community at large
- Must demonstrate that they promote professionalism, provide training, information dissemination and overall support to Associates
- Participation in industry activities and educational programs will be considered
Ineligibility:
- A Member is not eligible for this award if the Member has been the subject of any disciplinary action in the form of a sanction from RAE or RECA in the five years immediately preceding nomination.
- Nominees cannot be a current member of RAE's Board of Directors or the RAE's Awards Committee.
